TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Legal name: Specialty Flowers and Events, Triple A, Old School and Wild Ride party bus will hereinafter be
referred to as SFE Party Bus
SFE Party Bus will strictly enforce federal laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic
beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies
have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, they can seize
and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles
that are owned and operated by SFE Party Bus. SFE Party Bus will not be responsible for any injuries that may
occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The
purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
AT THE CHAUFFEURS DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES
THAT MAY OCCUR BY ANY PASSENGER DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD:
1. $150.00 per minimum for extensive cleanup (spills ,etc.)
2. $200.00 steam cleaning and disinfecting ( due to sickness/vomiting)
3.$225.00 minimum for each burn hole ,rip, or tear to interior.
4. $175.00 minimum for each act of vandalism. ( broken windows, dents ect.)
5. $1000.00 minimum penalty for any aggressive behavior of any passenger - including, but not limited to: fighting
or foul language towards any passenger, driver or persons outside the vehicle, any act of violence.
6. $5000.00 MINIMUM FOR ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS OR CONTRABAND plus any and all legal fees required to rectify
the incident – NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. Downtime subject to Loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract.
SFE PARTY BUS recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any
lost, stolen or damage articles. SFE Party Bus reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above/below request,
especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. No Smoking is allowed in our vehicles. All deposits (cash or
credit card authorization) are non refundable. The authorized cardholder for the given credit card is responsible for the payment of the total amount, per
cash, credit card or money order. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without SFE Party Bus acceptance
If the contract is cancelled after signed, SFE Party Bus is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full, if the car was not re-rented again on the
cancel date for the same or higher amount. We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser's credit card as per telephone conversation.
The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone /fax/internet combination with signed contract. If the
purchaser cannot provide all of the above items at the time of the pick up, SFE Party Bus will not start the job, as we have no proof of the legal possessions
of the credit card. There for the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is still fully responsible to pay the total amount as he
failed to provide the above requirements.
Base Price is simple transportation. Overtime will be billed by of hourly rate plus 25.00 per hour(125.00) .If customer fails to show at designated pick up
location and does not inform the office and /or driver, the full amount of the contracted time will be charged. The purchaser authorizes SFE Party Bus to
charge any additional charges after the rendered services to the purchasers credit card supplement charge. A gratuity will not be added to your total
charge. If you feel the Chauffeur is worthy of a tip, please make it before exiting the vehicle for the night. If cash payment is selected, the payment of 1/2 is
due at the time of signing of the contract of the rental. Customer agrees to have SFE Party Bus get authorization for the above credit card and the amount
for the event stated above. SFE Party Bus shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by ( but not limited to) act of nature, traffic delays ,
breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control. If the vehicle experiences any type of malfunction during
rental, alternate transportation will be offered via passenger bus or SUV’s until the conclusion of the night as we cannot prevent unforeseen break downs.
We do not offer any return of payment for this type of occurrence, unless it happens before the vehicle is to arrive for pickup. If the Vehicle rental is to be
for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or Legal guardian over the age of 18.
Since SFE Party Bus offers tech-equipped vehicles sometime heat and excessive use of all the power-operated equipment might subject to failure,
Including electrical producing generator. Opening and closing doors, crowded vehicle heat producing equipment, and high Louisiana Temperatures, may
cause air conditioner to perform at a lower level. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicles itself and therefore will have no effect on
continuing or paying of the contracted trip. We do not give refunds for hot/rainy/or cold weather conditions which may affect your rental experience.
Ultimate Party Bus guarantees, that all constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible. SFE
Party Bus agrees to send the requested vehicles as offered in the contract. We have the right to upgrade the vehicle or switch the vehicles in case of
emergency breakdown or if the vehicles were damaged. If no upgrade is available, SFE Party Bus has the right to downsize the vehicle and charge the
lower vehicle price. No additional charges will occur if upgrade is made without customer request. Customers therefore accept that replacement
limousines/Bus maybe substituted if contracted vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason before or during the trip. If ,at any time, any of the passengers
under 21 are found to have in there positions, or have been at any time during the course of the service, been consuming any alcohol the service shall be
terminated. Any and all monies shall be forfeited . Driver has the option of returning to the point of pickup or ending the service at the point of infraction.
Customer assumes all cost of collection.
I the credit card holder/purchaser agree to pay SFE Party Bus upon signing this contract. I am satisfied with the terms and condition above and fully
understand and agree.
